Complot (83) Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Israel Local Authorities Data Processing Center Ltd.
The Company handles all the services pertaining to engineering administration, and planning and building commissions for the engineering sector of Israels' local authorities.

The company is a public company limited, controlled by:
The Union of Local Authorities: 60%
The Interior Ministry: 40%.
